**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Sourcing Product Suppliers**: Actively research and identify potential suppliers for products, considering factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
- ** Purchasing**: Execute purchasing activities in accordance with established procedures and budgets. This involves creating purchase orders, obtaining necessary approvals, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- ** Managing Subcontractors**: Oversee the performance of subcontractors involved in various aspects of projects or operations. This includes selecting subcontractors based on qualifications and capabilities, defining project scopes, and setting performance expectations.
- ** Procurement of New Subcontractors**: Identify potential subcontractor to expand the pool of available resources and capabilities. Conduct thorough evaluations of sub-contractor qualifications, capabilities, and performance history.
- ** Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock quantities, locations, and movements. Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts or overages.
- ** Purchase Order Management**: Oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation to fulfillment. This involves verifying purchase requisitions, obtaining necessary approvals, generating purchase orders with accurate specifications and terms, transmitting orders to suppliers, tracking order status and delivery progress and reconciling invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience working in facility service field or other related fields.
- Strong time management, communication, decision making and analytical skill
- Proficient in sourcing methods and supplier evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and technologies
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work from office
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (on-site)
**Salary**: $48,000 - $50,000 per year
