We offer an oasis of peace and tranquility with Japanese Zen philosophy and holistic approach inspired by Japanese heritage. We have an opportunity for a full time **Spa Receptionist** who thrives working in a positive, friendly and team oriented environment. As the first point of contact with guests, you will have a genuine interest in customer service, have a passion for wellness and beauty, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

**Position Summary**

The Spa Receptionist play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions. We work to build an experience that is memorable and unique - with Japanese Spa services on the side. The Spa Receptionist take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience. Whether promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, providing answers about services, checking in guests, or processing payments, the Spa Receptionist makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the spa reception (Booking and Confirming Spa appointments, Performing cash out reconciliation)
- Aesthetician/Massage experience not necessary, but will be a valuable asset
- Opening and/or closing the Spa
- Coordinating with staff and management on a daily basis
- Creating and completing business reports
- Conclude and maintain inventory
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available

**Skills**
- Very detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and operate efficiently
- Outgoing, friendly and genuine disposition
- Professional and educated with oral and written communication
- Administrative and computer skills is an asset (knowledge of google drive, microsoft excel, and POS systems in general)

**Experience Required**
- Experience as spa and beauty salon receptionist

**Position Requirements**
- Full-time
- Requires weekend work

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
