Banquet Porter Part Time Evening Shifts

**The Banquet Porter’s mission** - To prepare and maintain banquet and meeting rooms according to the client’s every want and need. Responsible for physical set-up, cleanliness and maintenance of all Banquet equipment and function rooms, as well as their related areas. The Banquet Porter is able to lift up to 50lbs and can handle a fast-paced environment during large and small events in the banquet facilities.

**Must have full availability for weekday and weekend Evenings and Late Night shifts.**

**The responsibilities of the Banquet Porter include**:

- To serve all guests, providing excellent customer service.
- To handle guest concerns, compliments, and suggestions in a professional manner.
- To set up, maintain and dismantle all meeting rooms according to Banquet Standards.
- To maintain and keep all banquet equipment in good working condition and report any deficiencies.
- To conduct monthly inventory counts.
- To keep all work areas and banquet storage rooms in a neat and orderly manner.
- To participate in the daily pre-shift meeting.
- Support the banquet team in all ways, including serving, and other duties within the banquet environment as needed.
- Need Pro serve certification.
- Available weekdays and weekend late night shifts.
- Previous experience in Banquet Setup will be given priority.

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
