The Program Coordinator, Change Management will play a key role in guiding a team of Change Management Specialists assuring that initiatives succeed and meet TransForm’s objectives related to successful adoption by key stakeholders. This role focuses on the people side of change - creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
The Program Coordinator, utilizing established change management theory and practices, works to drive transformational change through faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency of new processes and technology. They are responsible for working with both internal and external stakeholders, to help advance change management initiatives and activities related to TransForm’s objectives of successful adoption by our stakeholders.
The Program Coordinator will oversee the operations of the change management team through way of guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to ensure the team is meeting the deliverables set by Director of Stakeholder Relations, Performance & People. They ensure that the change management team and program are running smoothly and with efficiency.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
- Creates actionable deliverables for: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan and finally, successful adoption
- Identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics with respect to the adoption.
- Works with leadership and management teams to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise.
- Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.
- Partners with the communication team in the design, development, delivery, and management of communications to support the change strategy.
- Partners with applicable teams to provide input, documents requirements and the design and delivery of training programs that support the change strategy.
- Consults and coaches' members of the team, clinical program areas and corporate departments to identify and address resistance and change readiness challenges associated with the implementation of the new service or technology.
**MUST- HAVES**:
- An undergraduate degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: PROSCI certification).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a change management professional within organizations.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and SharePoint
**WE VALUE**:
- Change Management Professional (CMP) designation is preferred.
- Change management experience with the implementation of an enterprise information system, and specifically with a health information system or electronic medical record is an asset.
**OTHER CONDITIONS**:
- Must be able to travel within the Southwestern Ontario area, when on-site customer change activities are required
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, when required
