**The number one Land Rover service and customization facility in Greater Vancouver, Rovalution Automotive Ltd., is seeking an experienced automotive parts advisor/counter person, who is detail-oriented, energetic and a great communicator. The ideal person has five-plus years of experience in automotive parts operations and an interest in cars.**

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will**:

- Identify and sell automotive parts & accessories to internal and external customers.
- Search catalogues and online resources to identify and prepare parts estimates.
- Assist parts team with ordering parts, accessories and shop supplies from local vendors.
- Continuously monitor and maintain inventory levels as directed by the supervisor..
- Provide our customers with prompt and polite customer service in person, by phone and via multiple digital communication services.
- Assist with daily shipping and receiving requirements
- Ensure parts counter and storage areas are kept tidy and organized.
- Provide assistance and other various administrative duties for staff and management

- Self-directed, with a knack for solving problems and inefficiencies
- Helpful and patient
- A quick learner and an efficient worker
- A confident communicator with a cheery disposition
- Fluent in the English language, both oral and written
- Incredibly organized and keep a tidy workspace
- Phenomenal with computers, internet and technology
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Windows, Word & Excel Experience
- Willing to put in extra effort and get things done
- Polished and presentable, and have a professional manner

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
