Duties:

- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Project Server or similar tools
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Assist in project engineering and product development activities
- Support process management initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to drive project success
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
- Utilize project management software such as Basecamp or Workday to track project tasks and milestones

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management)
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the Genral Contracting Service industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., Project Server, Basecamp)
- Familiarity with product management principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
