We are looking for a sales oriented highly motivated and talented individual to join our marketing team. The focus is on direct sales and social media management. If you are passionate about sales, and have a deep understanding of social media platforms, this could be the perfect part-time opportunity for you. As the voice of DPW, you will represent the energy, passion and quality of our work to our customers. **Commissions offered could easily ADD $9 to $11/hour more to your base pay**

**Responsibilities**:
This is a part time, weekday, daytime job, 5-15 hours per week. You can work from home, but there will be some site visits to help complete the sale.
- When quotes are sent out, following the system provide follow-up service to acquire new business.
- Creating and Executing social media plans to build DPW new business with commercial clients.
- Creating compelling content for various social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Evaluating ROI via knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Analytics
- Engaging with our social media community.
- Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company’s social following organically
- Market Research: Seek out industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.

Qualifications:

- Ideally you have at least a year experience in a construction setting.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with web design
- Ability to work independently in a professional home office with your own IT equipment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 5-15 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
