**Job Description**:
The Social Media and Ecommerce Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media and e-commerce strategies. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online platforms, and driving revenue through e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Content Creation:

- Develop and produce engaging and relevant content for social media platforms and e-commerce websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
- Ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Ecommerce Management:

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce website(s).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Implement strategies to enhance user experience and optimize conversion rates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and e-commerce sales.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements to strategies.
- Customer Engagement:

- Engage with customers and potential leads through social media channels, responding to inquiries and building relationships.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products/services and the overall online shopping experience.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce coordination.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong creative and content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
