**Job description**:

- **Organize and prioritize** tasks, to-do’s and all administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:
- Administrative or Reception experience
- Bondable (Criminal Record Check will be required)
**Duties**:
You can expect to be
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and updating employee schedules
- Creating and updating work orders
- Data entry for multiple divisions
- Monitoring, updating, and maintaining online scheduling platforms
- Creating and updating cleaning checklists and routines
- Assisting office staff with many more tasks and projects
**Hours**: Monday to Friday during Office Hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
**Pay Rate**: $16- $18/Hour depending on experience.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Education**: Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**: administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
**Wage Range**: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based off experience
**Ability to commute**: Sudbury, ON: In office only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
