Parléview’s **Finance Administrator **will work with our full team and wear multiple hats. This person will be high energy, a positive contributor and absolutely love digging into the numbers. They will be responsible for tracking program costs and budgets, reporting and administrative duties, as well as vendor payments, client invoicing, communicating directly with the client and general financial duties. They will be the financial hub for all things billing, tracking, QB and finance. They will also love taking control of multiple streams of expenses and revenues and ensure accurate and transparent reporting.

This role will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring deadlines and goals are adhered to. As part of the Parléview team, you will have above average organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to think quickly to resolve problems effectively.

Position Role & Responsibility:
**Financials - Primary**
- Maintain awareness of program financials and upcoming needs, status of budgets and remaining spends
- Prepare client invoices and backups in Quickbooks, supply to client after mgmt. approval
- Prepare all employee payments and documents i.e.. payroll, T4, bonuses, ROE etc.
- Suggest system improvements for internal use (document keeping and reporting)

**Program Tracking - Secondary**
- Manage event budgets and provide regular financial reporting
- Support Finance team with vendor payment, track and organize payables and client backups
- Lead financial position and tracked payments, carry-forwards, amounts owed of programs
- Assisting Event leads with budgetary forecasting and management
- Assist employees with procurement processes such as payments and budget tracking
- Month end reconciliation
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends, profitability and rates

**Administration**
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment
- Monitor and track inventory, prepare shipment of client goods from warehouse

**Well Rounded**
- Ensuring excellent customer serviceand quality delivery
- Support the team with other requirements as needed
- Procurement and event support as required
- Be a positive role model and team member, adhering to Parléview’s standards, attitude, and conduct, adhering to our vision and values.
- Hours of work are typically Monday - Friday; regular business hours EST, however must remain flexible to the demands of the client and program. Some hours may fluctuate daily as some of Parléview’s clients are located in other time zones.
- Work from home environment with occasional commute to Head office, downtown Toronto at least once a month and commute to company inventory storage when required.
- Ability to self-start and be proactive; flourishing in an entrepreneurial environment

**Qualifications**:

- **Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada**:

- Expertise in QuickBooks and payroll is mandatory
- Expertise in Excel and Office 365 enterprise solutions/tools
- Familiar with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must
- A self-starter, able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, adjust quickly to changes in priorities and work within a team environment to achieve results

Position is flexible, working within your own hours from home with estimated average hours of 25+ per week. Benefits are available periodically with the company.

Starting pay is $30/hr.
