**Digital Smoke Supplies, a leading Canadian distributor in E-Liquids based in Montreal, is looking to add a full-time, salary & commission employee, to our team.**

We have been operating since 2014, one of the pioneers in the Canadian market. We are a small yet passionate team that aim to make a positive impact on our clients’ existing business. This is an in-person position. Monday to Friday (closeS at 2 pm on Fridays)

We are looking to add an **Account Manager** to our existing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue through existing relationships with our clients and play a key role in managing our customer’s satisfaction through excellent customer service and analysis using our CRM platform.

**Duties**:

- Actively manage and grow accounts (this will include pre-existing customer base).
- Identify, qualify, negotiate, and win new business within potenial opportunites identenfied through our CRM (ACT)
- Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
- Use your sales experience to find and develop new business relationships.
- Understand each customer's sales needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Generate weekly activity with an existent customer base to generate product awareness and sales growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
- Develop and maintain a customer and prospect list through cold calling
- Acquiring and maintaining solid product knowledge
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Excellent telephone manner, experience selling over the phone is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Energetic and numbers driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently
