**Early learning excellence**

Hopscotch incorporates practical and simple practices from FLIGHT, Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework and welcomes and supports those with practicums. For those unfamiliar with FLIGHT, we will train and help merge these practices with excellent things you are already doing.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a passion for early learning and child care

- Has a valid qualification (ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 in Alberta), or willing to obtain it (for the right person)

- Is able to build relationships with families (i.e. parents of the children)
- Reliable, organized, and takes initiative
- Has flexibility in their availability and ages able to work with

**Qualifications/Skill/Requirements**:

- ECE certification in Alberta (Level 1, 2, or 3) - or willing to obtain
- Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector search (less than 6 months since date of check)
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, as required
