**Position Overview**:
MakerKids is seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to promote our unique STEAM programs and ultimately contribute to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Identify potential leads and opportunities to expand MakerKids' market reach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and conversions.
- Engage with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value of MakerKids' offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Create compelling content for promotional materials, website, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

3. Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent MakerKids and explore potential collaborations.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance metrics, presenting findings to the management team.
- Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or STEAM industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for education, technology, and STEAM learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
- Prior experience making sales calls to prospective customers is an asset.
