**About this opportunity**:
As **Program Office Leader** within SA BOS Engineering Unit PDU Orchestration, you will be leading a group of very hardworking team expert in their domain area. As leader, you would be accountable for Orchestration program execution. You along with your versatile team would be accountable for planning, tracking, governance and securing outcome for success in Orchestration. All operative issues would be ownership of this team to take to resolution with the support of the entire PDU Orchestration team.

The three-core focus area of this group would centre around **Operative**, **People & Strategic focus**.

You would be part of the PDU Orchestration leadership, reporting to the PDU Orchestration Head responsible, leading a global organization.

**What you will do**:

- Experienced in large scale compound systems program management
- Be a role model for team by demonstrating high integrity with a strong focus on compliance and can develop a speak-up culture.
- Experience from multi-cultural, cross-geography and distributed development
- Rich experience in global leadership in R&D organization, leading transformation
- Demonstrate adventurous leadership skills as well as curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership style with experience of matrix organization
- Can balance the constantly conflicted priorities and handle stakeholder expectations

**You will bring**:

- Master’s or Bachelor´s Degree related to Software Engineering or Business administration or similar experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years in Program Management Leadership in global setup in product development organization within SA BOS span
- Background in Business Support Systems domain and related software technologies would be important
- You are driven by passion; willing to groom into this role
- Outstanding skills in verbal and written communication
- Excellent in time management and master of implementing to a plan
- Expert of collaboration and partnership; making people work together cross teams
- Great abilities to present and adapt material to the intended audience, e.g., bridge and adapt technical insights from within the project to senior management
- A great interest to mentor and make people perform at their best
- We work in a global environment which means that good English skills is a must
- Strong change management drive capabilities and experiences
- Proven ability to drive team engagements and act in a time critical environment
- Ability to take tough decisions under pressure
