**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
The Manager, Financial Systems AP will represent the Finance business unit by serving as the primary requirements lead on business process improvement and strategic initiatives. This role will also act as liaison between the business units, technology teams, retails, and other stakeholders.
- You will gather and document the business requirements and processes for enhancements and new initiatives
- You will develop and maintain sound Business Analysis practices, methodologies, and templates based on industry best practices for both Sustainment process documentation and training material for business users.
- You will mentor Business Analysts in the efficient use and understanding of Business Analysis practices through demonstration, teamwork, and collaboration.
- You will collaborate with, and provide input to IT, so that they can determine the possible technological requirements of the Business Unit and evaluate various solutions brought forward.
- You will provide regular, timely updates (progress reports) to the Senior Manager and appropriate members of other business groups to ensure issues with highest urgency/impact are being prioritized.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:

- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA)
- You have a minimum of 8 years of Accounting or Business Analysis experience, with a firm understanding of requirements gathering methodology, business process documentation and framework and project management experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Experience with information systems is considered an asset
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others
