**Introduction**:

We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient handling of resume submissions and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate records and efficient retrieval of data.

Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs, including logístical support and materials preparation.

Collaborate with other departments to improve recruitment strategies and operational processes.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a recruitment or HR setting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

**Education**:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 20 per week
