Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Provide product knowledge to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with technical sales or technology-related products as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology-related products is an advantage
