**About You**:
You are highly ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, and curious about learning new things. **Duties Include**:

- Work with G-suite (sheets, Looker studio, G-Drive and more).
- Build reporting tools and dashboards to visualize data and guide business decisions.
- Find and set up new softwares to aid in business operations.
- Maintain and update data, tools, and reports to keep information up to date.
- Perform duties related to Revenue Cycle Management and financial reporting.
- Forecast financials, growth, supply and demand requirements and more.
- Identify areas for improvement across the business.

**Business Analyst Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
- Enjoys working with numbers.
- Technology savvy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude.
- Experience in healthcare and working with seniors is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
