**Responsabilités**

La personne retenue pour ce poste exercera les fonctions suivantes:

- Recherche et analyse juridiques : effectuer des recherches sur les lois, la réglementation, la jurisprudence et les statistiques sur la profession juridique, sur la magistrature et sur d’autres questions de nature juridique.
- Rédaction juridique : résumer et synthétiser la recherche juridique en rédigeant et en révisant des mémoires, des notes de service et d’autres documents.
- Collaboration : communiquer et travailler avec le personnel, les membres et les parties prenantes.
- Participation à des réunions à distance (virtuelles), au besoin.

**Qualités**
- Capacité démontrée à effectuer des recherches et à analyser des données; connaissance pratique des plateformes de recherche juridique.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication écrite et orale.
- Souci du détail.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement axé sur le travail en équipe.
- Capacité à suivre des instructions, à travailler de façon indépendante, à planifier, à organiser et à établir des priorités dans les charges de travail.
- Compétences de base en informatique; connaissance pratique des logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook.

**Éducation**
- Au moins une année de baccalauréat en droit (J.D., LL. L., LL. B.) effectuée avec succès dans une faculté de droit reconnue.
