We are currently looking for a full-time **Food** **Multi Site **Manager** to oversee both our **Eckville and Spruce View Food Stores**. As the Food Multi Site Manager, you are reporting to the Division Manager and will be responsible for the organization, direction, and coordination of both the Eckville and Spruce View Food Stores to achieve budgeted goals.
**Full-time**:40 hours/week. Benefit eligible after 3 months.
- This position provides benefits, if you are coming from out of province please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider._
**Availability requirements**: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons and evenings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, administer and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH of all the food departments,
- Ensure department managers adhere to established standards, including safe food handling & sanitation, merchandising, signage, staff appearance housekeeping, health and safety and loss prevention,
- Assist and lead in marketing efforts, set advertising standards and create innovative marketing plans,
- Asses food departments' performance, solving customers issues and allocating resources,
- Ensure proper appearance of all facilities, equipment, and image checklist,
- Assist and lead in the preparation of annual business plans and budget and ensure all paperwork is done timely, accurately and meets policies and procedures,
- Keep familiar and up to date with current and new products on the market,
- Other duties as required by the Division Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of management experience,
- Business related education would be an asset,
- Coaching and training skills,
- Great attention to detail,
- Excellent leadership skills,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
