Lodge Manager

The Lodge Manager is accountable for the overall operations, including the management of staff, material and
financial resources. Essential to this role is the use of successful leadership skills in the interactions with
residents, families, staff and all team members. The Lodge Manager is responsible for all concerns relating to
financial, budgetary, budgetary, service and program issues, and is knowledgeable about and compliant with,
the facilities existing policies and procedures.***

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a seniors or hospitality industry preferred
- Extensive management and administrative experience
- Related post-secondary education
- LPN certification or equivalent

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrates leadership in site administration and management including staffing, programs, WH&S,
- Quality Control, Procurement- Fosters strong Resident and Stakeholder relations
- Budget development, approval and control
- Maintains accurate records
- Understands and adheres to applicable legislation and labour relations involvement

**PAY RATE**:As per MOS collective agreement
