**Votre contribution**:
L’équipe de Conformité aux lois d’export est une équipe mondiale implantée dans trois régions (Amériques, Europe et l’Asie Pacifique), et intégrée au département juridique. L’équipe est responsable de la définition des processus et politiques de l’entreprise ayant pour but d’assurer la conformité de celle-ci avec les réglementations sur l’exportation des biens à double-usage et militaires et les programmes de sanctions. Elle s’assure également du suivi de l’implémentation de ce programme au sein de l’entreprise.

Vous répondrez directement au Directeur de la conformité avec les lois d’export.

Votre rôle sera d’assister l’équipe de Conformité des exportations dans l’implémentation du programme de conformité des exportations et dans l’amélioration des processus et des outils. Entre autres, vous participerez aux efforts de sensibilisation de vos collègues sur le programme de Conformité des exportations, réaliserez des revues médiatiques et juridiques sur la conformité des exportations et les programmes de sanctions, complèterez des vérifications sur l’éligibilité des transactions, vous assurerez le déploiement des mesures adéquates pour la sécurisation des données clients, et participerez à la détermination de la classification à l’export des produits logiciels de l’entreprise.

- Revue des commandes de produits logiciel afin de s’assurer de la conformité avec les lois d’export applicables.
- Revue des offres de Services professionnel afin de déterminer le besoin de control des données.
- Donner des formations adaptées aux besoins des différents publics cible de 3DS.
- Contribuer au développement des outils et processus nécessaires au programme de conformité aux lois d’export.
- Développer une expertise sur les lois d'exportation européennes et américaines.

**What Will Your Role Be?**:
The Export Compliance team is a global team located in three regions (Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific), and integrated with the Legal department. The team is responsible for defining processes and policies to ensure Dassault Systèmes’ compliance with dual-use and military Export Controls and Sanctions programs, and monitoring their implementation throughout the company.

You will directly report to the Export Compliance Director.

Your role will be to assist the Export Compliance team in implementing the Export Compliance program and enhancing its processes and tools. You will, amongst others, participate in raising awareness of the Export Compliance program among the collaborators, conduct legal reviews on Export Controls and Sanctions, conduct due diligence checks on transactions, ensure Support and Services teams deploy adequate measures to safeguard customer data, and determine the export control classification of the company’s software products.

- Review software product orders to ensure compliance with applicable export laws.
- Review of Professional Services offers to determine the need for data control.
- Give trainings adapted to the needs of the different target audiences of 3DS.
- Contribute to the development of the tools and processes necessary for the export compliance program.
- Develop expertise on European and American export laws.

**Vos atouts pour réussir**:

- Baccalauréat ou maitrise en Droit, École de Commerce ou École d’Ingénieurs
- Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience ou plus dans le domaine du contrôle des exportations et/ou sanctions internationales et vous avez un intérêt pour les sujets réglementaires.
- Vous avez une bonne aptitude à comprendre des explications techniques relatives au fonctionnement et à l’utilisation de produits logiciels et une bonne capacité à comprendre et interpréter des textes juridiques et réglementaires.
