About Us

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate communication with fund investors. Generate and pursue investor leads
- Onboard new investors and maintain investor records. Maintain relationships with existing investors
- Office admin. Create a positive office environment in keeping with the firm's image
- Regulatory and compliance. Prepare and file various regulatory filings (OSC, SEC, CIMA). Support regulatory compliance.
- Daily fund administration. Settle/allocate/reconcile daily trades and cash positions.
- Service provider communications. Communicate with service providers including prime brokers, brokers, fund administrator, auditors and legal counsel as required.
- Monthly fund valuation. Prepare draft fund valuations.
- Treasury management and accounts payable. Prepare or check cash-flow projections for the Company and its funds. Compile, process and maintain accounts payable records.

Education
- CSC and/or CFA Level 1 or higher (would be a positive)
- Bachelor's Degree, communications, business or related field
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service (a definite plus)

- I uploaded my aptitude test results - e.g., SAT, GRE, MCAT, GMAT, LSAT
- Recent graduates welcome to apply

Compensation
- $45k -$75k per year plus bonus
- Initial base salary depends on experience and program/major
