LI-Hybrid
- Preparation of fund administrator documents for capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades for the clients.
- Review and execution of these documents, as needed.
- Review of custody outgoing swift/wires. Performing callbacks with third parties.
- Allocating custody trades and wires to the preparers
- Ensuring that all custody trades assigned to the team are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
- Ensure all custody trades executed by the team have been confirmed and accepted as per the deadline
- Prepare or assist the team members in the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
- Liaising with client, third party and internal Client Operations teams for resolving queries and issues with respect to custody trade execution
- Assist the team members with their queries on BAUs
- Training associates and new members in the team
- Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects.
- Manage a team of 1-2

**Qualifications**
- University degree in an accounting field
- 7-8 years of experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations team with an exposure to AML/KYC processes
- Understanding of the Fund of Fund business
- Custody experience is desirable.
- Proficiency with using Adobe PDF is an asset.
- Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are essential.
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment.
- Advanced investigative, and problem-solving skills.
