**Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 Education.
- Valid class-5 Driver’s License.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers on the phone, in the showroom, and online, focusing on creating a welcoming experience.
- Coordinate appointments for customers that align with sales and finance schedules.
- Be a technology expert for both Toyota and Lexus dealerships.
- Provide exemplary customer service and teach customers features on their brand-new vehicles.
- Continuous learning of product knowledge of new vehicles to provide accurate insights and knowledge to clients.
- Keep staff up to date on the latest technology changes.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems customers may have.
- Achieve monthly delivery goals and contribute to the success of the sales department and company.

- Ability to demonstrate vehicle features & technology.
- Technology savvy in computers, smartphones, cellphones, Bluetooth & social media.
- Be highly organized and self-motivated.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
