**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers as soon as they enter the building;
- Open work orders and expertly recommend required automotive maintenance and repairs to the customer;
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle;
- Must serve and advise customers in order to meet their needs, both on the phone and in person.

**Qualifications: (Requirements and Competencies)**
- Must have 1-2 years experience as a Service Advisor in the field of automotive;
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the Service Department;
- Must have experience dealing with different types of people in a retail environment;
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all other departments in the retail facility;
- Bilingual in both French and English will be considered an asset;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry;
- Willingness to spend time with individual customers, even in a hectic and busy environment;
- Focused, driven, team player, with strong and effective communication skills.
