**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist the Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and manage communications between the sales and finance departments.
- **Sales Support**:

- Prepare and organize sales documentation, including contracts, purchase agreements, and vehicle registration paperwork.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all customer information.
- **Financial Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
- Monitor and track financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with the completion of necessary paperwork and guide them through the financing process.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
