**IT Support and Help Desk**

As the organization looks to this position for assistance on a regular basis, it is important that this individual has demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business relationship and customer service skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are necessary when dealing with employees in various locations.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- System Setup and Maintenance including; warranty setups, new hire computer configuration.
- Keep spare notebooks up to date. Provide temporary system for employees when needed.
- Assist System and Network Administrator to set up and troubleshoot with VOIP, blackberry support by configuring new devices, server back up and assistance, and trouble shooting video conferencing devices in cloud based environment.
- Setup and configuration of user BYOD devices on corporate BES server.
- User account creation and deletion in an MS Active Directory _I _MS Exchange environment.
- Miscellaneous support such as testing Windows 10 with SyAcc or other standard AEL programs, printer setups, consumable replacements, and service calls.
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Other additional duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Post‐secondary degree in a related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in an equivalent role
- Knowledge of IT based infrastructure
- Familiarity with Avaya VOIP phone systems an asset
- An understanding of current broadcast software system and audio video control systems would be helpful, but not essential.
- Proficient with all MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Superior written & verbal communication in English
- Possess reading comprehension and conversational in French an asset
- Results‐driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics
- Ability to work in an autonomous atmosphere.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills in a highly collaborative role
- Ability to multi‐task and prioritize in a demanding environment with an energetic style and enthusiastic can‐do attitude
- Proven ability to produce quick turnaround times in a complex, cross‐functional environment
