**Office Manager**
D. Randall Industrial Electric is a Whitby, ON-based company that provides a broad range of products and services to the construction industry. We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall organization and direction of the office staff.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate and oversee the hiring process for new employees.
- Coordinate with other departments on scheduling and other issues.
- Ensure that all office personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the hiring process for new employees.
- Ensure that all office personnel comply with COVID-19 protocol.
- Manage employee calendars to ensure that employees are scheduled for work and meetings are scheduled based on business needs.
- Oversee employee travel arrangements (including hotel reservations, meal cards, etc.)and ensure that employees receive proper compensation for travel expenses (i.e., mileage reimbursement).
- Oversee employee expense reports to ensure that expenses are accurate and timely.
- Oversee employee payroll to ensure that employees are paid in a timely manner (monthly).
- Oversee employee time cards to ensure that employees are paid in a timely manner (monthly).
- Oversee employee time tracking to ensure that employees are paid in a timely manner (monthly).
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $16.25-$28.72 per hour
