The Angus Reid Group is looking for a motivated and talented Community Specialist to join the team We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong member experience skills, as well as a passion for research and creating content for our members.

In this role, you will become our community planner by auditing the member journey, addressing gaps in the member experience, and fostering a sense of community belonging. You will work **heavily with social media** and create engaging touch points with our members in the form of posts, data clips, newsletters, themed special surveys and fun share-backs.

You bring energetic drive, a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, move projects forward, and a keen eye for detail. This position is a remote position and can be based **anywhere in Canada**.

**Responsibilities**
- Audit the member journey, and make recommendations
- Lead engagement initiatives for our members by connecting with other leads in the team
- Ensure internal process and tests/checks are followed so that accuracy is maintained during the dispatching of share-backs, re-branding, and other activities
- Contribute to branding activities that are member/community facing
- Write/maintain panelist communication, questionnaires, survey invitations and templates
- Write/format themed questionnaire, produce creative data outputs and other share backs from these unique engagement initiatives
- Work with our Panel Analyst to identify under engaged cohorts and design specific engagement plans
- Maintain awareness of in market panel management practices, panelist incentive programs and redemption options
- Build and maintain Angus Reid Forum communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media platforms

**Requirements**:

- You hold a B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Business, Education, Psychology or similar field
- General understanding of market research principles; previous experience in the market research industry is an asset
- Excellent professional communication skills, including verbal and written
- Excellent project management skills in a timeline driven environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through
- Driven with the ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and require mínimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, including a strong set of logical skills.
- Previous experience with market research and/or marketing is an asset
- Previous experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research is an asset
- Previous experience with press relations and outreach is an asset
- Previous experience with html is an asset
- Excellent MS Office skills (Windows, Word and Excel power user).
- Positive, upbeat attitude/personality
- The ability to think outside of the box to accomplish tasks and implement improvements
- Ability to work remotely
- Innovative thinker, passionate about current events and society
- A user of social media with an interest in advertising and communication trends
- Ability to provide excellent customer care
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience
- Proficient in French and/or Spanish is considered a valuable asset
