**Quel sera votre rôle ?**

Dans le cadre de ce projet, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Travailler sur les processus de cartographie (ARIS et VISIO) ;
- Coordonner et exécuter la livraison des implémentations, y compris la collecte de toutes les informations nécessaires utilisées pour définir la configuration du produit du client ;
- Effectuer la formation au système pour les clients avant la mise en service / l'adoption du système, ou soutenir la méthodologie existante du client afin de lui fournir une formation adéquate ;
- Traiter les tickets d'assistance aux clients en cas d'escalade, le cas échéant ;
- Obtenir l'acceptation du client en expliquant ou en démontrant les fonctionnalités et les améliorations opérationnelles ;
- Organiser des webinaires de formation, des sessions de questions-réponses ;
- Assurer la transition des clients existants des anciens systèmes vers les produits actuels et contribuer au retrait des anciens produits en coopération avec d'autres départements clés ;
- Apporter un soutien aux équipes de production et d'assistance en fonction des besoins ;
- Effectuer des bilans auprès clients sur site ou à distance afin de s'assurer de la bonne utilisation du système et de l'adoption des meilleures pratiques par les clients;
- Agir en tant que défenseur/représentant des clients et alimenter l'organisation du portefeuille avec les questions des clients sur les fonctionnalités avancées des produits.

**Quelles sont les qualifications que nous recherchons ?**
- 2+ années d'expérience en modélisation de processus d'affaires ;
- 2+ années d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyste commercial ;
- De bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite ;
- Maîtrise impérative du français (oral et écrit) ;
- Compétence professionnelle en anglais (oral et écrit).
