**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate resources across multiple teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Implement disaster recovery strategies to mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for projects.
- Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall project management techniques.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Effective negotiation skills for managing stakeholder expectations and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
