We are looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and proven leadership skills who is never afraid of a challenge to coach, mentor and develop a team of member service professionals at our Melville Branch.
As the Team Lead, Member Service you will be responsible to motivate, coach, mentor and develop your team to ensure top-notch service in the delivery of credit union products and services. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the member service department you will manage branch cash flows to ensure adequate cash levels are maintained to meet requirements and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and legislation.
