About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the right person is in the right place at the right time.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that our sales team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring that our management team has the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our merchandise is properly stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Manage Cash: Manage cash, ensuring that our sales team is handling cash transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, ensuring that our sales team is meeting their goals and that they are receiving the support they need to succeed.

Requirements
  • 5-10 Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Own Transportation: Own transportation is required, as you will need to travel to different locations as part of your job.
  • Public Transportation Available: Public transportation is available, but owning a vehicle is preferred.
