The Primary Care Division (PCD) is responsible for setting provincial direction to support a high functioning primary health-care system that meets the needs of all British Columbians. The Planning and Implementation Oversight team supports the reforms that are built around team-based care provided through a mix of full-service family practices, Urgent and Primary Care Centres (UPCC), Community Health Centres and First Nations-led Primary Care Centers linked together with one another and with other primary and community care services as part of local Primary Care Networks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in public or business administration, public administration, health administration and 2 years of related experience or diploma/ certification and 3 years of related experience or and equivalent combination of education and experience and 4 years of related experience.

**Related experience must include the following**:

- Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders on business process change involving automation.

**Preference may be given to applicants**:

- Who have experience in the health sector.
