- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche de Préposé(e)s au service alimentaire pour combler divers besoins à temps complet à l’Hôpital Saint-Anne, à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
- L’Hôpital Sainte-Anne est un centre d’hébergement qui offre un chez-soi à des personnes du troisième âge lorsque leurs proches ne sont plus en mesure de leur garantir un milieu de vie sécuritaire. Dans un cadre chaleureux et apaisant, l’établissement accompagne ces personnes jusqu’à la fin de vie en offrant des soins et services visant à maintenir leur autonomie dans la mesure du possible. L’Hôpital Sainte-Anne comporte 380 lits d’hébergement et se distingue par la modernité de ses installations et la richesse de son offre de services.

- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la préposé(e) au service alimentaire:
- Collabore à la conception des menus : préparer, assaisonner, cuire, proportionner et congeler les aliments;
- S’assure de la qualité et de l'utilisation optimale des aliments;
- Participe à l'approvisionnement et à la gestion des denrées alimentaires, ainsi qu’à l'entretien de son aire de travail;
- Reçoit, vérifie, entrepose et collabore à la tenue de l'inventaire des denrées alimentaires;
- Répond aux commandes alimentaires des unités (requêtes spécifiques, boîtes à lunch, etc.);
- Respecte les normes d’hygiène, de santé et de sécurité au travail;
- Participe à la distribution des repas sur chariot;
- Peut être affecté(e) au service ou à la caisse d’une cafétéria.
