Google Ads Specialist

Let's Get Moving is a premier North American moving company that offers a full suite of moving services tailored to individual, family, and corporate needs. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are looking to expand our digital marketing team with a seasoned Google Ads Specialist who will take the helm of our multi-million-dollar advertising efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Local, Display and Video to align with the company's growth objectives.
- Administer and oversee a substantial yearly budget, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and cost-effective campaign management.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing bid management to enhance campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Regularly perform thorough analysis of campaign results, delivering detailed reports and insights to stakeholders, with a focus on actionable data that informs strategic decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of PPC and SEM trends, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, including Google's algorithm updates and shifts in online consumer behavior.
- Lead split-testing initiatives for continuous optimization of ads, targeting, and landing pages.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams and clients regarding campaign strategies, progress, and results.
- Direct budget forecast, pacing, and management, ensuring all campaigns are executed within the set financial guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the moving services market and our competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with annual budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Google Ads certification is a must.
- High proficiency with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Expertise in financial management and budgeting within a digital marketing context.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with a knack for translating data into strategic business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the aptitude to articulate complex strategies to stakeholders at various levels.
