**Responsibilities**:
**Supporting the hiring for the BNP Paribas US Teams**
- Manage the onboarding process for all new hires and transfers within specific business lines.
- Distribute onboarding paperwork and track progress.
- Initiate and adjudicate background checks.
- Track onboarding progress for each new hire and establish working relationships with the various teams involved.
- Maintain Taleo onboarding portal.
- Own quarterly controls for the recruitment team, working closely with HR Operational Risk to produce evidence when requested.
- Create and maintain recruiting metrics (Quarterly Dashboards and KPIs consisting of data around recruitment activity) and manage other adhoc reporting requests, as needed, on an ongoing basis.
- Manage other adhoc projects, as needed.
**Minimum Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Applicant Tracking System (Taleo preferred)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionalism in dealing with confidential information
- Proven ability to complete ad-hoc projects with mínimal guidance
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of banking / financial industry is a plus
- 2+ years of previous experience working as a recruitment coordinator
- Previous work experience, preferably within HR and/or Recruiting
- Understanding of data analysis as it relates to HR
- Comfortable manipulating data for large presentations
