**About the role**:
As a Business Analyst, your main role will be to analyze the client’s needs and the company’s business processes in order to propose effective solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing the requirements of various stakeholders, modeling business processes, and recommending improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study business processes, analyze stakeholder requirements, identify current issues, document, model, and validate business needs with the client;
- Identify improvement opportunities, write a detailed or summary analysis for recommending solutions to the client in order to optimize and evolve the company’s business processes;
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
- Collaborate closely with JOVACO’s technical teams to translate business or operational requirements into clear functional specifications;
- Lead brainstorming sessions with JOVACO’s technical teams;
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives;
- Conduct tests and validations to ensure that the solutions implemented meet the initial requirements;
- Provide ongoing support to end users and resolve any issues that arise.

**Qualifications and skills**:
**Degree**:

- University degree in business analysis, business administration, computer science, information systems, or any other relevant field.

**Experience**:

- More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in business process optimization or change management is an asset.

**Certification**:

- IIBA certification is an asset.

**Skills**:
