**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase A Few Good Lads Inc's labor services, emphasizing the value and benefits of our workforce solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and understanding their unique labor needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of A Few Good Lads Inc's services, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on sales activities and achievements.
**Qualifications**:
1. Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
7. Valid driver's license.
