Warehouse Logistics Lead Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the control procedures are being used for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies and assist in maintain this supply system

Responsible for supervising as requested, clerical data entry that staff are involved in transmitting all warehousing documentation to upper management

Responsible for coordinating all warehouse activity with upper management

Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and equipment in large, centralized warehousing operations

Responsible for using storage systems, policies, and procedures to ensure maximum use and efficiency of space and storage areas in the warehousing operations

Responsible for assisting with maintenance of facilities, material handling, equipment, and inventory warehousing control systems, manual or automated

Responsible for submitting reports of damage, outdated stock, or supplies, over and under shipments, return of goods to vendor, etc.

Responsible for contacting vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, over shipments or to arrange for emergency shipments or requisitions

Responsible for ensuring compliances are be met with all applicable health and safety regulations

Responsible for scheduling staff for the warehouse in accordance with the collective agreement

Other duties as required

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-07-01
