We are a fast-paced and fun business in South Vancouver looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of inbound logistics and inventory operations within our company. This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient handling of incoming shipments, effective stock movement between our three warehouses, and maintaining accuracy in inventory levels. This role involves leading a team of around 10 inventory team members while working in close coordination with Quality Control, Customer Service, and other warehouse departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Receiving:

- Planning and allocate space for incoming shipments to ensure an organized and efficient receiving process
- Create transfer orders and supervise the movement of stock between our three warehouses, optimizing space and resources
- Guarantee accuracy in stock receiving and inventory levels, implementing checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities with Quality Control, Customer Service, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively about new or out-of-stock SKUs to all pertinent parties to facilitate prompt action and decision-making.
- Oversee the timely put-away of incoming goods, ensuring they are stored correctly and safely.
- Supervise the processing of customer returns, ensuring they are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Restocking:

- Oversee and monitor product restock processes, ensuring high-priority items are replenished in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement a cycle count system to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate missing inventory and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure the restock team responds promptly to calls for restocking.

Team Management:

- Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance, offering guidance and support.
- Follow up on team member performance, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
- Covering and backing up the Warehouse Manager when necessary, and tasks to team members when required.

**Knowledge, Skill & Ability**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in standard inventory control methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure

**Additional Recommended Experience and Skills**:

- Forklift & Electric Pallet Jack Certification
- Workplace First Aid Certification
- Intermediate MS Word, MS Excel or G Suite
- Experience working with continuous improvement and project management
- Education in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience with Netsuite ERP

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per annum. Final Base Pay will be determined based on a few factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
