**Purpose of the Role**
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a small service desk team and managing staff.
- You are certified in a relevant field such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+.
- You have hands-on experience with configuring and supporting Windows desktop OS, Office 365 installation, Active Directory user management, and other relevant technologies for end users.
- You have excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- You are a quick learner with a strong ability to troubleshoot and have collaborative problem resolution skills.
**What Success looks like in this role**
- You will manage, report on, and improve performance of Digital Business service desk function.
- You'll provide people and technical leadership to service desk team for day-to-day operations.
- You'll oversee Digital Business Service Desk processes, including users’ access (non-privileged) management, onboarding and offboarding, the procurement for approved end user hardware, and software & asset management.
- You will drive efficiency and Lean IT concept by developing and implementing process automation and integration to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
- You'll support the development of IT and Cyber Security processes and procedures.
