**How you might spend your day**:

- Posting new job descriptions to our applicant tracking system and external job boards.
- Coordinating with various teams within the organization, as well as external partners, to ensure a positive and seamless interview experience.
- Initiating background checks and references.
- Tracking and updating recruitment data.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the coordination process; proposing and implementing new initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Providing necessary support and information to team members as required.

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in an office environment.
- You are excited about recruitment, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are eager to contribute to our mission
- You are friendly, personable, thoughtful, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You demonstrate initiative and have a natural team first approach.
- You have excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- You are adaptable, excel at critical thinking, enjoy problem-solving, and maintain a can-do attitude.
- You are diligent, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess outstanding time management skills.
