- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Perform manual labour such as pressure washing, grinding, back rolling, lifting and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools (stand up concrete grinder, auto scrubber, pressure washer, etc)
- Complete projects from start to finish with mínimal supervision

**Required Qualifications**
- Prior experience with concrete coatings, concrete grinding, sealing, waterproofing or related field
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving project goals efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Above average knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Nice to Have Qualifications
- Fall Protection Certification
- Sales experience

Experience: Minimum 2 year construction experience with a focus on concrete or concrete coatings. There will be on the job training provided to learn our methods/procedures.

Full-time/part-time positions available. Our job sites are located all over central Vancouver Island. Must have own transportation and have Class 5 drivers license but travel costs will be paid for.
