Employees of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (Assembly) provide professional non-partisan services to support the democratic institution of Parliament and its members through procedural advice, administrative support and information services. The Assembly is an autonomous employer, separate from the administrative framework of B.C. government ministries and agencies.

The Sergeant-at-Arms department is seeking a experienced, collaborative and detail-oriented individual for the regular full-time position of Business Intelligence and Operations Advisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Applicants must be/have:

- Diploma or equivalent in public administration, business administration or financial management or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business administration and analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing operational policies and procedures to ensure effective program management.
- Experience in effective planning to support and deliver on strategic and operational objectives.
- Experience developing, managing, monitoring, and projecting budgets.
- Experience in a law enforcement related field considered an asset.
