Are you an emergency health services leader? Do you have experience in a large, patient care and performance-focused organization with complex service delivery challenges and a unionized workforce? Bring your innovation and strategic thinking to help drive ambitious plans for the way we work with the health sector - and the communities we serve.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate solutions to improve services in your area of responsibility, and provincially.
- Monitor the pressures that affect the safe delivery of service and escalate emergency and disaster plans and communicate the data to key stakeholders in writing and verbally
- Activate local BCEHS emergency operation centers (EOC) and provincial BCEHS emergency coordination centers (ECC) and fill the operations role during activations

**What you bring**
