Overview:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

FBC provides tax, accounting, and business services to over 17,000 farms and small business across Canada. A fast growing and key service area for our customers is legal and business services - with over 1,000 of our customers relying on our team for corporation management, such as preparation of incorporation documents, annual maintenance of minute books, and other corporation matters.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily management of our paralegal team (2 individuals)
- Management of our client tracker
- Receiving, processing, and assigning the paid services to our paralegals and other team members
- Addressing member questions and solving issues along with the paralegals
- Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education and Experience**
- College diploma/university degree or equivalent
- Supervisor/managerial experience is required
- Experience with incorporations, dissolutions and minute books is preferred
- Experience with legal office administration would be considered an asset

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES**
- Superior attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize appropriately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels
- Ability to develop and follow policies and procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
