**More About The Role**:
We're looking for our next Sales & Education Lead to help people in our community look and feel their best, and to really "own" all things front-of-house here at GK. As a small but mighty company, your voice matters; everyone affects growth and company culture.

The Three Main Objectives Of Our Store Manager:
1. To be the leader in sales and education at The Green Kiss (via all revenue streams) and provide an outstanding customer service experience to our customers through product knowledge, trend awareness, and exceptional customer care. Supporting customer care issues, returns, and quality assurance.

2. Leading our sales team members (educators), scheduling, training the team, creating GK cross-training documents, and creating a positive, uplifting, and fulfilling environment for all staff.

3. To manage and own all things front-of-house. To be the leader of all in-store merchandising, fixtures, and seasonal or promotional displays - to maintain the best possible shopping experience for our guests.

**Schedule & Hours**:
Your choice of either a 4 or 5 day work week Tuesday - Saturday OR Wednesday - Saturday. Must be able to work Saturdays with flexibility and to work some Sundays as well.
