Store Manger

Below The Belt Store is hiring a full time, permanent Store Manager for Hillside Mall.

We're an independent, Canadian owned clothing and accessory retailer for Men and Women. We believe in supporting fellow Canadian brands while offering customers the best selection of brands like Levi's, Carhartt, Volcom, and tentree.

This is the perfect job if you're driven by sales, exceed at customer service and have a passion for developing and fostering a sales team.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- A proven track record of generating and driving sales
- Experienced in retail management and customer service
- Foster an inclusive workplace and shopping experience
- Desire to hire, coach, mentor and train sales team
- Superior ability at retail operational tasks
- Creatively to develop inspiring in-store visual displays
- Passion for brands and selection of items carried in-store
- Working knowledge of loss prevention control methods
- Inspire team and self to uphold company policies and standards
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes and use ladders
